By the time she graduated from the University of Southern California, she had already established a successful modelling career with Elite in New York. Paige also began fit modelling and quickly became one of the most requested bodies in the denim industry. While most models stood mute as mannequins during fit sessions, Paige contributed feedback about the fit, fabric and hardware that improved the design of jeans and made her the most valuable fit model for brands like Lucky, Seven, Citizens of Humanity, True Religion, Hard Tail, Joe's, Dickie's, Guess, Blue Cult and more.

Paige has now channelled her insight into Paige Denim, PPD for Men, Paige Petites and Paige Maternity. With celebrity clients such as Kate Moss, Blake Lively, Penelope Cruz and more - Paige's jeans have been lauded for slimming the hips, lengthening the legs and lifting the derriere.
