Designer Nikita Sernack began her career in fashion in 2003 when she and childhood friend Brooke Coleman founded the Bookie label. The cheeky name "Nookie" is a fusion of their names (Nikki + Brookie = Nookie) and also a true reflection of the label's playful personality. With fresh designs, a bold colour palette, exciting prints and a young, sexy signature, Nookie quickly became a must-have label with a seriously devoted fan base. A favourite of fashion stylists and fashion editors, Nookie has achieved a phenomenal amount of press since its conception, with the label's fun, vibrant and sexy aesthetic spotted early on.

In 2006, Nookie Beach was launched and embraced the market. The sub label takes the Nookie fashion aesthetic to the beach with easy wearing fashion forward clothing and bikinis at great price points whilst complimenting the ever evolving and directional Boutique Nookie label.
